K9 Gator and his partner Officer Avery Morehead of the Rockledge Police Department, Rockledge, Florida Officer Morehead is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. K-9 Gator is from the Netherlands. This team has been together since July 2021. Officer Morehead is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served as a K-9 Handler. He remains in the Air Force in a reserve capacity.
