Most products can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the item has been shipped.* Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable). Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on international orders.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get return authorization and approval.* We highly recommend that you return the item carefully so it is not damaged upon its return. If an item is used or the packaging is damaged we can only offer a 50% refund.
Once you receive approval for a return, please send returned items to the address below. A refund will be issued within 14 business days after we receive the package.
We often share special offers with our customers, or offer certain items at a discounted price. It is important to note that we do not provide refunds or price adjustments if an item goes on sale after a purchase. We also does not offer rain checks for items that may not be in stock when a special offer is available.
*Items purchased with Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) can only be refunded with GWP included with your return.
